Shipping and Return Policy
Shipment - I placed my order, now what ?
We ship your food packages within 1 working day after receipt of payment. We use the services of Post NL for delivery within the Netherlands and their partners across the European Union. You will receive a tracking code to track your order once the package has been scanned at the PostNL distribution point.
Free shipping policy
- Orders above 45€ - Free Shipping to The Netherlands
- Orders above 59€ - Free Shipping to Belgium and Germany
- Other locations - shipping subsidized under 60€ or 65€
Return and Cooling-off period
If found unsatisfactory, products (except mangoes) purchased via www.chainmasala.com can be returned within 7 days of delivery. No returns will be accepted beyond this 7 day period. Fresh fruit, opened or damaged products cannot be returned - check the section Refund Policy for Mangoes.
Return Procedure
In case of a return of products, we will refund you the amount paid for the returned products (except mangoes.) Please follow the following steps to effectively process your return.
- Please contact us about the return by sending an e-mail, with your order number.
- We will assist you further by email or phone.
- Upon receipt and examination of returned goods, we shall return the amount paid for the products to an indicated bank account.
Refund Policy for Mangoes (revised due to Covid-19 situation)
- We will try our best to make sure the fruits are checked before we pack and ship.
- We cannot offer a refund this year due to the limitations imposed by Covid-19.
- Special provisions will be communicate to our customers who use the pick up location as an option.
